  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouse to ensure fast delivery across the country.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • We offer flat-rate shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount (check the website for current offers).

  • Free shipping promotions may be available for select orders or during special campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time.


5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • International orders are not accepted at this time.


6. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed:

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem or provide a replacement/refund if necessary.


7. Special Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
